How to Find Details for an International Transfer in Monobank: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Launch the Monobank App
Open the Monobank app on your smartphone. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed to access all features and improvements.
Step 2: Access the Account Details
In the new version of the app, open the menu by selecting “Top-up methods”. If you have an older version of the app, tap “Top up your card”, then scroll down the menu to the “From abroad via bank details” (“За реквізитами з-за кордону”) section.

International transfers in EUR and USD are credited directly to accounts opened in those currencies. Payments in GBP, PLN, CAD, and CHF are automatically converted and credited to a UAH account at Monobank's current exchange rate. SWIFT transfers to a Monobank account in other currencies are not supported. Transfers to a Monobank card in currencies not included in this list are first converted into USD at the correspondent bank's rate, and then the USD is converted into UAH at Monobank's card exchange rate.

Check the current exchange rate on the home screen of your app for EUR or USD, or in the details menu for GBP, PLN, CAD, and CHF, so you know the exact rate applied when your funds are credited.
