Why a transfer without verification cannot be promised
Profee provides for identity verification and may request an identity document. Available limits depend on account verification. The article's previous title, 'transfers without verification', created the wrong expectation: no document request at one stage does not rule out a later check.
Payment and receipt
For Ukraine, Profee lists several possible payment methods, including cards and digital wallets. The options you see depend on the country and order. Here, Apple Pay or Google Pay is the sender's payment method, not a way to receive money in Ukraine.
- Check the recipient's details and card currency.
- Review the full payment, fee and amount to be credited.
- Prepare documents if the app requests them.
- Keep the transaction number until receipt is confirmed.
Promotions and repeat payments
A fee-free offer may apply only under specific conditions. Compare the first transfer with the standard tariff and ensure that the promotion covers your country and amount.
