Check eligibility before registering

Being in Europe and being eligible for a particular Ukrainian banking product are not the same. Ask Monobank whether your document, status and current country qualify. Do not enter a fictitious address or residency to get through the form.

Ukrainian rules provide for remote identification, but the bank may request additional information. Prepare identification, tax details and a phone number you will retain access to.

Steps to follow

Install the app through the official website's link. Complete registration and identity verification, and read the agreement and product information carefully.

  • Check your name's spelling and current contact details.
  • Check virtual and physical card availability.
  • Separately check delivery to your country.
  • After opening, find the details for the required currency.
  • Read the crediting and usage tariff before the first transfer.

Do you need a currency card?

Monobank offers euro and US-dollar cards. The choice of currency account depends on whether you want to keep foreign currency or receive hryvnias. Use the corresponding account details for the international payment.

After opening, compare sending options

Do not send a large amount using details from an old guide. Obtain them in your own app and check the route with the sender. The calculator helps compare available methods; the bank supplies the final account details.
