Rates, fees and availability

Quotes and calculated amounts are estimates. Source data may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable; an update time does not guarantee a currently available offer. Bank, card, intermediary, plan or additional exchange fees may differ from those included. We do not guarantee updates every five minutes or coverage of the entire market.

Terms depend on the corridor, currencies, amount, payment and receiving methods, customer status and provider checks. The final rate, debit, receive amount, limits and timing are determined by the provider and bank at the time of the transaction.

SmartPay, promotions and manual changes

SmartPay calculates only supported paths with known exchange and receiving rules. An advantage over the direct route may disappear because of a rate change or additional fee. A promotion may apply only to certain customers, amounts, countries or payment methods; selecting it on the Site does not confirm your eligibility.

Manual rates and fees are your assumptions for a personal calculation, not a confirmed provider offer. A missing standard tariff is not replaced with an invented price. Check the details before sending money.

Third-party websites and affiliate links

Providers are independently responsible for their services under their terms and the law. Following a link does not guarantee availability, safety or transaction approval. We may receive affiliate remuneration for a click, registration or another action agreed with the partner.

Limits of liability and your rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, information is provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To that same maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses, lost profits, additional costs, delays and consequences of using or being unable to use the Site, calculations or third-party services.

No disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer rights, GDPR rights, the right to compensation or access to a court or supervisory authority. Limitations apply only within legally permitted bounds and do not release the operator from its own statutory obligations.

If you find an error, write to info@paytoua.com with the corridor, amount, provider and calculation time. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity documents.
