Terms of service
Welcome to paytoua.com (the “Site”). Please read these Terms of service (the “Terms”) carefully before using our Site. By using the Site, you agree to follow these Terms to the extent provided by applicable law. Original version: 11 June 2024. Updated: 15 September 2026.
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the Site and the information services provided on it.
1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Site. Using the Site does not constitute consent to optional data processing or waive rights that cannot be restricted by contract.
2. Description of services
2.1. The Site provides information about exchange rates and fees of different international money transfer services. paytoua.com is an information aggregator and comparison service; it is not a bank, payment institution or party to your money transfer and does not receive or transfer your funds.
2.2. Information comes from available provider and bank sources and is used in the Site’s calculations. We aim to provide accurate information but do not guarantee its completeness or currency. Update times depend on the source, corridor and technical availability; updates every five minutes are not guaranteed.
2.3. SmartPay compares supported routes, including conversion at the recipient’s bank or internal exchange within a service followed by payout, where the route is supported by data. Promotions are selected for each specific provider. Manual changes to rates and fees are stored in your browser and change only your calculation. A missing standard tariff does not mean a zero fee or a confirmed price.
2.4. Results are estimates and do not constitute personal financial, tax or legal advice, an offer to execute a transfer or a savings guarantee. Comparisons cover offers available to the Site for your selected parameters, not the entire market. Before paying, check the final rate, all fees, timing, limits and requirements directly with the provider and recipient’s bank.
3. User obligations
3.1. Users agree to use the Site in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
3.2. Users must not use the Site for unlawful activities, including distributing malware, spam or any other activity that could harm the Site or its users.
3.3. Users are responsible for the parameters they enter, their manual changes and checking their eligibility for a promotion. Registration, identity verification, entering into a contract and the transfer itself take place with the selected provider under its terms.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. Materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, belong to their respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Mentioning a brand does not imply its endorsement of the Site.
4.2. Copying, modifying, distributing or using Site materials requires the rights holder’s prior permission, except where permitted by law or the relevant licence. These Terms do not restrict lawful exceptions, including quotation rights.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1. The Site provides information “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability and fitness for a particular purpose, and liability for errors, omissions and inaccuracies.
5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, exchange rate changes, additional fees, delays or rejection by a third-party provider.
5.3. Nothing excludes or limits liability that the law prohibits excluding or limiting, mandatory consumer rights, personal data protection rights or the right to approach a court or competent authority. We remain subject to our own statutory obligations.
6. Changes to the Terms
6.1. We may update the Terms to reflect changes to Site features, data sources, legislation or security requirements. A new version is published on this page with an update date and applies prospectively; rights that have already arisen are not cancelled.
6.2. Users are encouraged to check the current version. Where the law requires separate notice or consent to a material change, we must fulfil that requirement; continued browsing alone does not replace the required consent.
7. Privacy
7.1. Information about the collection and use of users’ personal data is set out in our Privacy policy. Consent to optional analytics or advertising, if those tools are enabled, is separate from these Terms.
8. Termination of use
8.1. We may restrict or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, a security threat or a lawful requirement. Where possible, we will provide notice and an explanation; immediate restriction may be necessary for security or legal reasons. Restrictions must be proportionate and do not cancel users’ mandatory rights.
9. Governing law
9.1. These Terms are governed by Slovak law. This choice does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law that would apply without that choice and does not restrict statutory jurisdiction or remedies.
10. Contact

Notes on Slovak legislation
The Site and its operator must fulfil applicable requirements of Slovak and EU law. This text describes the terms of use and is not a certificate of legal compliance. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory rule, the law takes precedence; the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
11. Affiliate links
The Site may contain affiliate or referral links. We may receive remuneration for a click, registration or another action under a particular partner’s terms. A link does not guarantee transfer approval, the best price or the provider’s safety. See the Partners page for details.
